malas jugak nak tulih panjang-panjang nih :
bekpas : yogurt aloe vera Marigold ( sgt sedapp tak manis n tak masam sgt )
lunch : sup sayur ( daging ayam sj without prawn n sotong yg cam slalu tuh )
dinner : salad + sambal belacan
total water : 2 liter .....make sure u make it 3L for tomorrow dear......
work out : poco-poco n aerobik for 30 minutes
* suka dengar lagu cinta dalam hati by ungu...esp lirik mengagumi tanpa dicintai......
